My philosophy when it comes to training and healthy living:

You'll get comfortable. Don't aim to maintain.
You owe it to you - fight for results, nurture your strengths, eat real food, and go light on the P's: pesticides, preservatives, processed foods, punishing thoughts.
Fitness is something that aligns and serves all parts of you - your body, your mind, your spirit. What is "healthy" for one is not necessarily healthy for everyone. It's easy to follow the latest health trends, but they may do more harm than good if they are not functional to your unique needs. With my understanding on training, nutrition, and food, I aim to bring some light to the understanding you have of your own health, your level of fitness, your individual needs. My goal is to offer guidance that will be relevant to you, that you can realistically explore in efforts to transform your behaviors and maintain them in the long run. My mission is simple:
